The following mindfulness exercises have been created to help you to deal with the everyday stresses that life can bring. Take a look through our gallery and take from it what you need to help you get through the day (use the arrows to scroll lift and right and click the images to download).
We have hard copies of the posters available for staff areas and also some handy pocket-sized cards that can be carried around with you – ideal for when you need them most.
Both the cards and posters can be collected from your local trust library at Hexham, Wansbeck and North Tyneside hospital’s and from the health and wellbeing hub at The Northumbria.
We can organise to have the posters and z-cards sent to you directly if you are not able to attend one of the sites mentioned above. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We also have an exciting podcast series where you can hear from Cath Darling, researcher and specialist occupational therapist who will be hosting her own podcast series about mindfulness and will be accompanied by special guests from our trust. We will share the direct links on our staff channels so please keep a look out.
Take a look at the short animation below to find out more.
If you would like to understand more about these mindfulness exercises or if you are interested in featuring on a podcast with Cath Darling please get in touch email@example.com
