For anyone who is struggling with their mental health the personal counselling helpline on 0117 9342121 is available, this is completely confidential and can offer telephone based counselling and further advice.

Project 5 provides free 1-2-1 confidential support sessions for NHS staff. They link you to a health professional with the skills to assist. Simply create an account here

 

Duty to Care provide fee online sessions to improve and sustain mental health and wellbeing. This includes support from CBT therapists, psychotherapists, mindfulness teachers, breath work experts, nutrition coaches. Register as an NHS workers here to receive your password to log in and access support.

Frontline19 is a free and confidential psychological support service. The service matches you to a fully qualified professional who provides sessions to match your needs, either 20 minute debriefs or ongoing weekly support. Register here.

North East and North Cumbria ICS staff support and wellbeing hub

               

This hub offers health and social care staff across the North East and North Cumbria an opportunity to access mental health support, such as;

  • Someone to listen, support and advise you

  • Reviewing the local support offer and finding the right service for you

  • Access to experienced therapists and evidence-based treatment

  • Group and individual support
